Comprehensive work
接客の第一線から事務職、技術職まで幅広く経験を積み、将来の経営幹部候補を目指す職種です。
You will gain experience in responsible work such as store manager from an early stage after joining the company.

アトラクション、ショップ、レストラン等での接客・運営を通して、どことも違う、どこにもない喜びをお客様に提供する職種です。

technical job
富士急ハイランド内のアトラクションの点検・保守をおこなう職種です。「安全は楽しさのベース。すべてに優先して安全を」をモットーに、常日頃から技術を磨いて富士急ハイランドのアトラクションを支えます。
入社後は、玉掛け、クレーン、フォークリフト、高所作業者、溶接、電気工事士、電検などの様々な資格取得の補助や手当も用意されています。また、機械に関する技術だけでなく、電気、人体工学などの知識を持つ方も歓迎です。
