Fujiyama - King of Coasters TOWER Terms of Use
Request for cooperation to customers
Fuji-Q Highland considers the health and safety of customers and employees to be the top priority, and adheres to the "Guideline for preventing the spread of new coronavirus infections at amusement parks and theme parks" and takes thorough measures to prevent infectious diseases. We are striving for safety measures so that customers can visit us with peace of mind.
- When entering the park, please cooperate with temperature measurement, hand disinfection, and physical condition confirmation. Customers who have been confirmed to have a fever (37.5°C or higher as measured by Fuji-Q Highland staff) will be asked to refrain from entering the park.
- We ask that all customers of elementary school age and older who enter the park wear a mask.
If you do not have one, please refrain from entering the park. In addition, wearing a mask for children under elementary school age is optional.
*Please remove your mask if you are outdoors and have a sufficient distance (2m) from other customers, or if you do not have a conversation with other customers even if you cannot keep a distance (such as when taking pictures). is also possible.
*Customers of elementary school age and older are required to wear a mask when using Attraction, at the park entrance, in queues for Attraction, and indoors.
*Non-woven fabric is recommended for the material of the mask.
* A mask that covers your ears and covers your mouth and nose. (The face mask that can be hung over the ears is one that does not turn up in the wind.)
*Please refrain from using face shields, mouth shields, buffs, and bandana-type masks.
*For customers who find it difficult to wear a mask for certain reasons, Contact Us the staff. - Please help us to maintain a safe distance from other customers when waiting in line.
- Alcohol disinfectants are installed at each facility. Please cooperate with frequent hand washing (wash carefully with water and soap for about 30 seconds) and alcohol disinfection.
The following customers are prohibited from entering the park.
- Customers who are not feeling well
- Customers with fever
- Passengers with mild cold symptoms such as sore throats and coughs, vomiting, diarrhea, etc.
- Customers who cannot cooperate with temperature measurement, hand disinfection, and mask wearing (elementary school students and above)
- Customers who have close contact with people who are positive for new coronavirus infection
- Customers who have family members or close acquaintances who are suspected of being infected
- Passengers who are required by the government to undergo an observation period after entering Japan
Fujiyama - King of Coasters TOWER Terms of Use
Fujiyama - King of Coasters TOWER ("FUJIYAYA SKY DECK", "FUJIYAYA WALK", "FUJIYAYA SLIDER" are collectively referred to as "Fujiyama - King of Coasters TOWER"), please agree to all of the following items in advance. Fujiyama - King of Coasters making a reservation for FUJIYAMA TOWER and purchasing a ticket, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms of use, so please check in advance.
1. 1. Fujiyama - King of Coasters order to use FUJIYAMA TOWER safely, you must agree to and comply with the usage standards such as age and height, precautions, and Fuji-Q Highland
2. 2. Fujiyama - King of Coasters TOWER may result in physical or mental burden, accident or injury.
3. 3. Please follow all safety precautions from staff. Fuji-Q Highland will not be liable for any physical or mental damage caused by using Fujiyama - King of Coasters TOWER, except for Fuji-Q Highland
4. Fujiyama - King of Coasters Fuji-Q Highland or a third party intentionally or by violating these Terms of Use, you agree in advance that you will be liable for any damages.
5. Fujiyama - King of Coasters WALK and Fujiyama - King of Coasters SLIDER, it is a prerequisite that you have no health problems, that you are not drinking alcohol or taking drugs, and that you are not pregnant. In addition, do not touch the attached safety equipment except as instructed by the staff, as there is a risk of life-threatening.
6. If you do not follow the staff's instructions, violate the precautions, or if the staff deems it inappropriate to use the facility, you may be asked Fujiyama - King of Coasters TOWER and leave the facility.
7. If you suspend your use of Fujiyama - King of Coasters TOWER, the usage fee Refunds are not available for any reason.
8. Fujiyama - King of Coasters TOWER is limited to the time specified in advance. It cannot be used outside the specified time.
9. After purchasing a Fujiyama - King of Coasters TOWER ticket, Refunds are not available for time changes or cancellations for any reason. Also, if you are late for the start time, you will not be able to join midway, change the time, or receive a refund.

《Notes on admission to Fujiyama - King of Coasters
・ No smoking inside the facility
・ Please refrain from bringing in fire and dangerous materials.
Business may be closed without notice due to sudden weather changes.
・ Please refrain from bringing in large luggage
・ Please refrain from shooting / recording / interviewing for commercial purposes.
・ Please refrain from bringing in food and drink
・ Please refrain from bringing in animals (guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs are allowed)
・ Please refrain from drinking alcohol.
・ Staff and security guards will check your baggage at the time of admission.
・ We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, damages, troubles, etc. in our facility unless we knowingly or negligently.
・ Admission may be refused at the discretion of staff and security guards.

・ The contents cannot be changed, canceled or reissued after the Tickets
・ Please enter within the designated time stated on the Tickets
・ If the admission time has passed, you will not be able to enter.

・ If you cannot experience the Attraction due to bad weather etc., we will refund you.

・スマートフォン、携帯電話、ネックストラップのついているカメラおよび双眼鏡
・ポケットの中に完全に入れることのできる物（財布、硬貨、カード類、キーケース、カイロ、保冷剤、薬、化粧品、筆記用具等）
※ポケットの中に入っている物はFUJIYAMA SKY DECKではポケットの中から出さないでください。ポケットの中に入っていても飛散する可能性のあるもの（ハンカチ、ティッシュ、お札やパンフレット等の紙類、マスクの替えやスタイ等の布製品）は持ち込みできません
・時計、眼鏡、指輪、ネックレス、イヤリング、ネックウォーマー、手袋、ブレスレット、抱っこ紐（ベルトタイプ）、障がい者総合支援法で定める補装具は、着用可能です。
※身に着けていている物はFUJIYAMA SKY DECKでは外さないでください。身に着けていても飛散する可能性のあるもの（マフラー、ネクタイ、スカーフ、おんぶたすき、帽子、かつら、ワイヤレスイヤホン等）は持ち込みできません
・上記以外のものは持込不可です。すべてロッカーにお預けください

・肩車やお子さまを抱きかかえての入場、観覧、移動は危険ですのでご遠慮ください
・ Throwing objects outside the fence is prohibited. In particular Fujiyama - King of Coasters track is extremely dangerous, so please do not do so.
・ Acts such as climbing on the fence or leaning forward are prohibited.
・ Please hold hands with small children as there are gusts etc.
・ Smoking, other dangerous acts, and bringing in dangerous materials are prohibited.
・ If the weather changes suddenly or in an emergency, please follow the instructions of the staff and security guards.

《Notes on using Fujiyama - King of Coasters
・ For safety confirmation, we may ask you to measure your height at the discretion of the staff.
・ For safety reasons, this facility has usage restrictions. Those who fall under the following cannot use it.
・ cm less than 140 cm tall
・ Those who wear high heels or sandals that may fall
・ People who wear clothes such as skirts and long coats that interfere with harness attachment
・眼鏡着用の方は、眼鏡をお外しいただくか、眼鏡バンドを着用してご利用ください。なお、眼鏡バンドは現地にて販売をしております。
・ Those who are drunk
・ Pregnant
・ Those who have heart disease
・ Those who need assistance in walking
・ Other people with health concerns
* Those under the age of 18 need parental consent
