Request for cooperation to customers

Fuji-Q Highland considers the health and safety of customers and employees to be the top priority, and adheres to the "Guideline for preventing the spread of new coronavirus infections at amusement parks and theme parks" and takes thorough measures to prevent infectious diseases. We are striving for safety measures so that customers can visit us with peace of mind.

When entering the park, please cooperate with temperature measurement, hand disinfection, and physical condition confirmation. Customers who have been confirmed to have a fever (37.5°C or higher as measured by Fuji-Q Highland staff) will be asked to refrain from entering the park.
We ask that all customers of elementary school age and older who enter the park wear a mask.
If you do not have one, please refrain from entering the park. In addition, wearing a mask for children under elementary school age is optional.
*Please remove your mask if you are outdoors and have a sufficient distance (2m) from other customers, or if you do not have a conversation with other customers even if you cannot keep a distance (such as when taking pictures). is also possible.
*Customers of elementary school age and older are required to wear a mask when using Attraction, at the park entrance, in queues for Attraction, and indoors.
*Non-woven fabric is recommended for the material of the mask.
* A mask that covers your ears and covers your mouth and nose. (The face mask that can be hung over the ears is one that does not turn up in the wind.)
*Please refrain from using face shields, mouth shields, buffs, and bandana-type masks.
*For customers who find it difficult to wear a mask for certain reasons, Contact Us the staff.
Please help us to maintain a safe distance from other customers when waiting in line.
Alcohol disinfectants are installed at each facility. Please cooperate with frequent hand washing (wash carefully with water and soap for about 30 seconds) and alcohol disinfection.

The following customers are prohibited from entering the park.

Customers who are not feeling well
Customers with fever
Passengers with mild cold symptoms such as sore throats and coughs, vomiting, diarrhea, etc.
Customers who cannot cooperate with temperature measurement, hand disinfection, and mask wearing (elementary school students and above)
Customers who have close contact with people who are positive for new coronavirus infection
Customers who have family members or close acquaintances who are suspected of being infected
Passengers who are required by the government to undergo an observation period after entering Japan

About Tickets

・ The contents cannot be changed, canceled or reissued after the Tickets
・ Please enter within the designated time stated on the Tickets
・ If the admission time has passed, you will not be able to enter.
・ Depending on the situation, you may have to wait for use.
・ No refunds will be given for the convenience of the customer.
・ If you cannot experience the Attraction due to bad weather, we will refund you.

・ No smoking inside the facility
・ Please refrain from bringing in fire and dangerous materials.
Business may be closed without notice due to sudden weather changes.
・ Please refrain from bringing in large luggage
・ Please refrain from shooting / recording / interviewing for commercial purposes.
・ Please refrain from bringing in food and drink
・ Please refrain from bringing in animals (guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs are allowed)
・ Please refrain from drinking alcohol.
・ Staff and security guards will check your baggage at the time of admission.
・ We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, damages, troubles, etc. in our facility unless we knowingly or negligently.
・ Admission may be refused at the discretion of staff and security guards.

To ensure the safety of our customers, we cannot bring anything other than the following.

* You cannot bring anything that may scatter even if it is in your pocket.
・ Watches, eyeglasses, rings, necklaces, earrings, neck warmers, gloves, bracelets, carrying straps (belt type) You can wear assistive devices specified by the Comprehensive Support Law for Persons with Disabilities.
* Please do not remove what you are wearing at Fujiyama - King of Coasters
* You cannot bring in items that may scatter even if you are wearing them (scarf, tie, scarf, piggyback ride, hat, wig, wireless earphones, etc.)

About admission to Fujiyama - King of Coasters

・ Persons with a height of less than cm cm or more cannot use this service.
・ Cannot be used by persons weighing 120 kg or more.
・ Cannot be used with high heels or sandals that may fall.
・ Cannot be used by those who wear clothes such as skirts and long skirts that interfere with harness attachment.
・ If you are wearing eyeglasses, please remove your eyeglasses or wear eyeglass bands. Eyeglass bands are sold locally.
・ Not available to those who are drinking alcohol.
・ Not available for pregnant women.
・ This service is not available to those who have heart disease, those who need assistance in walking, or those who have other health concerns.
・ Those under the age of 18 need the consent of their parents.
・ Those under elementary school age must be accompanied by a person over 18 years old.
