Please be sure to wear a mask and refrain from talking as much as possible while you are on the bus or at the bus stop.
(Excluding small children including infants and customers who have difficulty wearing it)
◎ Alcohol disinfection of fingers
Please use the provided alcohol disinfectant when boarding the bus.
◎ Before boarding the bus, all passengers will be measured by a non-contact thermometer.
If a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher is confirmed, we will respond as follows.

・ We will ask you to leave the waiting line once and measure the temperature again.

Request for cooperation to customers

• Please be sure to measure the temperature and disinfect your hands when you enter the park. We will also check your physical condition.
  Please note that guests who have a fever (37.5 ° C or higher after being measured by Fuji-Q Highland staff) are not allowed to enter the park.
  

• All guests entering the park are required to wear a mask (aged 2 and older).
  Please note that we do not accept guests who do not have it.
  * The mask can be hung on your ears and covers your mouth and nose. (The face mask that can be worn on the ears does not turn over at the neck due to the wind)
  * Face shield, mouse shield, buff, and bandana type are not available.

• Some facilities open windows in more than one direction for ventilation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

• We ask for your cooperation in securing an interpersonal distance with a waiting line of 1 m.

• Alcohol disinfectant is installed at each facility. We would appreciate your cooperation in diligent hand washing (washing gently with water and soap for about 30 seconds) and alcohol disinfection.

• Please note that the following customers are not allowed to enter the park.

・ Customers with poor physical condition

・ Customers with fever

・ Customers with mild cold symptoms such as sore throat and cough, vomiting and diarrhea

・ Customers who cannot cooperate in temperature measurement, finger disinfection, and mask wearing

・ Customers who have deep contact with people who are positive for new coronavirus infection

・ Customers who are suspected of being infected by a family member or an acquaintance

-Customers who have traveled to a country or region where the government has set restrictions on immigration, observational institutions after entry, and close contact with the resident within the last 14 days.

• The rules for measures against new coronavirus infectious diseases are subject to change due to government policy.

• If you do not follow the staff's instructions regarding measures against infectious diseases, or if the staff member feels unwell during the visit, you may be asked to leave.

• Please be aware that if an infection is confirmed, we may provide information to public health centers.

• If you leave the park, we will not refund any fees paid after entering the park.

• We recommend installing the new Coronavirus Contact Confirmation App (COCOA).
  After entering the park, it is recommended to turn on the proximity communication function (Bluetooth) in order to make the contact confirmation application (COCOA) work.
