Usage criteria

• Preschool children must be accompanied by an attendant of junior high school age or older.

How to Use

One-day passes are not accepted. A separate time-slot ticket is required.
Please purchase your tickets online or at the ticket vending machine in front of the facility on the day of your visit.
Please select your preferred "Character (Rilakkuma or Tokage)" and "usage time" when making your purchase.
*Please note that Tickets are limited in number and may sell out.
*Online sales begin at 6 PM three days prior to the event.
　Please note that sales will begin at 8:00 AM each day during the period from August 1st to August 3rd.
Tickets for dates from August 4th onwards will go on sale sequentially starting at 6 PM on August 3rd.
